We are confident that you will love our Mobile Broadband which is why we have a 14 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. So if youre not happy, this lets you get a full refund, less any data access you've bought. We'll even send you prepaid packaging to post it back.
Once you've used up your 1GB or 3GB allowance, each additional MB of usage within the UK costs 1.46 pence. You can keep an eye on how much you're downloading though by visiting Your Account. To give you an idea of what you'll use, the average email (without attachments) is around 4KB, digital photographs are about 1MB and an MPEG3 music file is around 3-4MB.
