Fix your phone

A Personal Unlocking Code (PUK) will get you back into your phone once it's locked you out

Locked out? If you've entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times, then unfortunately your phone will be locked.

But hey, it's no problem at all - what you need to get back up and running is a PUK code. That's your phone's Personal Unlocking Code.

How to get your PUK code
Simply visit Your Account and you can pick up your PUK code there.

Need some help with your PUK code?
If you accidentally enter your PUK code 10 times, then you'll need to get a replacement SIM. We can send one out to you - just send us an email or give us a call on 0845 6000 789.

What is my default PIN?

Every Virgin Mobile SIM card comes with a default PIN - 7890. But it's a good idea to set up your own personal PIN. Grab your phone manual and find out how.

I need a replacement SIM. Does that mean a new number?

No. You can keep your number. You can keep your balance, too. We'll just pop an identical SIM in the post to replace your old one. The only thing you won't be able to keep is your phone book - unless you've saved it to your phone.
