How do I recycle my old phone?

Simply order a freepost recycling envelope online and away you go. As well as helping the environment, youll be helping to raise money for charity, too. We donate £5 for every reusable phone you donate.

Can I keep my old number?

Of course! We can transfer it in as little as two working days. Simply ask your provider for a Port Authorisation Code (PAC). Then give us a call on 0845 6000 789.

Can I list my mobile phone number in The Phone Book?

We can add your number to the Directory Enquiries list, that way it will appear in The Phone Book. Just give our team a call on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone.
