All Virgin Mobile phones come with a default PIN of 7890 but we recommend you create your own as soon as you can. Your phone manual will tell you how.

SORT YOUR VOICEMAIL

All you need to do is set up your mailbox and away you go...

SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

See your calls, your balance, all online in Your Account. Plus, you can top up anytime, day or night.

GET IN THE PICTURE

Using picture messaging on your phone couldn't be easier... or more fun.


PROTECT YOUR PRIDE AND JOY

If you want to insure your Virgin Mobile phone or USB modem after you've bought it, no problem! You'll just need to call our team on 0845 070 5558 and they'll sort everything out for you.

Remember, on Pay Monthly phones the first 3 months cover are free. Plus, if you've ordered mobile broadband, you can get the first month free! Just make sure you give us a call within 28 days of purchase and have your IMEI number handy

How do I recycle my old phone?

Simply order a freepost recycling envelope online and away you go. As well as helping the environment, you’ll be helping to raise money for charity, too. We donate £5 for every reusable phone you donate.

Can I keep my old number?

Of course! We can transfer it in as little as two working days. Simply ask your provider for a Port Authorisation Code (PAC). Then give us a call on 0845 6000 789.

How do I set up Picture Messaging?

Got a Picture Messaging phone? Well that’s all you need to get started. We’ll help you get set up online.

Can I list my mobile phone number in The Phone Book?

We can add your number to the Directory Enquiries list, that way it will appear in The Phone Book. Just give our team a call on 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone.
