1. Check whether you're still under contract
Pay Monthly - This is normally no longer than 24 months. Had your phone less than a year? It might still be worth switching now because we offer some great value deals.
Pay As You Go - This is normally no longer than three months
2. Get your phone unlocked
Call your existing service provider and tell them you want to switch. You might need to give notice and pay an unlocking charge. If you have any problems trying to do this, just go through your operator's formal complaints procedure first. If you're still not happy, contact OFCOM on 0845 714 5000 or at ofcom.org.uk
3. Want to keep your number?
If you've got a bit attached to your phone number, then why not keep it? Just ask your current service provider for your Port Authorisation Code (PAC). This is a code that lets you transfer from one network to another. Once you have this give us a call and we'll transfer your number in one working day!
Plus, if you join us on Pay As You Go and switch your number from your current provider, we'll give you 100 free minutes for calls to any UK network in your first month.
