Know someone who wants to join?

If you're already registered with us, simply ask your friend to call our team on 0845 6000 668. They'll need to quote your name, your Virgin Mobile phone number and your postcode.

We ask your friend to give your details so we can add the free airtime to your account. Once your friend has successfully connected to us, you'll receive your free airtime within 40 days.

The legal stuff

To qualify for the £10 free airtime, you must ensure your friend:

1. Purchases a joining pack (containing their SIM card) by calling Virgin Media on 0845 6000 668.
2. Quotes your name and mobile number at the time of purchase.
3. Doesn't return his/her Virgin Media joining pack under our 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee.
4. Makes a chargeable call using their new Virgin Mobile phone - within 35 days of purchase.

The £10 free airtime will be credited to your Virgin Media account within 40 days of your friend's purchase, subject to your friend complying to paragraph 2 above.

The offer is only available when a joining pack (which contains a customer SIM card) is purchased - with or without a Virgin Media phone by calling 0845 6000 668.

This offer is not available on promotional SIMs purchased by your friend, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

We'll give you £10 free airtime for a maximum of 8 friends recommended in any 12 month period.

Accepting free airtime as part of this promotion will be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time, but we ensure that this does not prevent you from receiving free airtime you're entitled to as a result of qualifying purchases made before the promotion end date.
