Pay Monthly

If you Pay Monthly, you'll get a new phone when your contract's up and you sign up again. Simply give our team a call on 0845 6000 225 at the end of your contract to start a new one and pick a shiny new phone.

Why not trade in your old phone?

If you've got an old phone gathering dust we can help. All Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly customers can trade in their phone and get up to £150 back in airtime, or money off their bill! If you prefer, you can trade in your phone and give some, or all of it's value to charity.

What calls count towards my discount?

All the airtime you use counts toward your discount - even the airtime you use abroad. All the calls you've made and messages you've sent in the last two years count towards your next phone. It's all in the terms and conditions, you can read them here.

Can I use my discount with other promotions?

Of course! For even better value, you can use your discount together with any promotion online.
