Using Call Hold

Lets you put one call on hold while you make or take another

If you hear a beep while you're on a call, that'll be Call Waiting telling you someone else is trying to get through. And thanks to Call Hold, you can switch between calls and see who it is.

All Virgin Mobile phones can use Call Hold, except Sendo phones. To make sure the service is set up on your phone, simply switch your phone off, and then back on again. Then, you're all ready to go.
